WHO WE ARE
We are a high-tech company focusing on applied Artificial Intelligence. We develop pioneering hallucination-free AI solutions that enable a high degree of digitization and automation in various industries and business areas, such as IT service management, customer support in various business fields, and public administration. In addition, we advise and support our customers in the successful transformation to digital processes in their companies/organizations. We offer our services end-to-end – from initial consultation and planning to concrete implementation.
HOW WE WORK
Our digital AI assistant EMMA®AI is a cloud-based AI-as-a-service solution for automating customer and user communication, including intelligent analysis of large amounts of data and Knowledge AI for knowledge provision. It can be accessed via phone, email, chat, and as an avatar, and also answers questions across channels. EMMA®AI is not a simple chatbot but a true Artificial Intelligence that can be used multilingually in every form of human communication – “Made in Germany” and in compliance with all European security and data protection regulations.
HOW WE STRENGTHEN THE ECONOMIC LOCATION
As the headquarters of evocenta GmbH, we deliberately chose Gelsenkirchen, a structurally weak region, to support local economic transformation. By doing so, we create hundreds of new, highly qualified, and well-paid jobs. Our medium-term goal is to repatriate jobs previously relocated abroad back to Germany. Moreover, we promote digital transformation in the country and significantly strengthen the economic position of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Ruhr metropolitan region. Additionally, through partnerships with research institutions, universities, and colleges, we support the transfer of digital knowledge. This contributes to preserving and advancing the research and academic landscape in North Rhine-Westphalia.
